New Cut and Thrust Deputy

I am pleased to announce that a new Cut & Thrust Deputy has been chosen.

Don Robert MacPharland has been a member of the SCA for 31 years, fencing for 25 years, and is a Member of the Pelican for his long service.  He has travelled far and wide, usually teaching and often introducing Cut & Thrust to dubious fencers.

He shall be reaching out to the Cut & Thrust contacts in each kingdom to explore the situation in each kingdom and discuss ways of expanding Cut & Thrust to more people.
